Tim has been a secondary school Mathematics Teacher for 12 years, a Dean at a large semi-rural secondary school for five years and recently completed his training to be a Safe Crisis Management Instructor. Tim specialises in behaviour management, group work for boys and routinely conducts Motivational Interviews with his clients. His work also includes speaking to groups of students, teachers and parents on strategies surrounding behaviour management, restorative practices and parenting approaches.
Jocelyn Buxton

Jocelyn began as a general, all level classroom teacher in the east of Christchurch gaining a qualification and working as a Seabrook McKenzie tutor. From 1991 - 2000 Jocelyn held a senior teacher position in inner city Christchurch specialising in teaching children with communication disorders and delays and behavioural issues. Jocelyn enjoys collaborating with teachers and families in primary and secondary schools to improve outcomes for students. She has an interest in Restorative Justice facilitation and in developing programmes for students with ASD,(autistic spectrum disorders/differences).
Karen Campbell

Karen has been a teacher a all levels of the primary school and has taught in NZ and London. She has a particular interest in challenging behaviours and has done some research around the causative factors of at-risk behaviour in adolescence. She enjoys working with adults to assist the students and has attended a number of courses around working and collaborating with adults. She has conducted a number of restorative conferences and believes that when people can all work together then they can make a difference for students and their families.
